REALME XT THE 64MP QUAD CAMERA SMARTPHONE Yeah, the phone has been revealed by Realme. A giant leap in smartphone budget segment! It's absolutely good but not really nowadays we should get obsessed with this. The only concerning thing is that the consumers who bought previous but still latest Realme phones must be repenting cause the new upgrades are launched at a very similar price! Forcing them to upgrade every month which they can't! So they may switch to iphones or Samsung galaxy note or S series calling it as one time investment!  Well whatever..... this phone is just great! Realme XT is likely to be launched in the mid September and the price will be fixed between Realme 5 pro and Realme X. Types of Outsourcing - Off-shore, On-shore Outsourcing

Outsourcing is any task, operation, job or process that could be performed by employees within your company, but is instead contracted to a other party for a significant period of time. when seen as a definition- 1. (of a company or organization) to purchase (goods) or subcontract (services) from anoutside supplier or source. 
2.In Outsourcing we hire a party outside our company to perform services and create goods  by the company's own employees and staff. Usually done for cost-cutting measure.
Hiring a temporary employee while your secretary is on maternity leave is not Outsourcing. In addition, the functions that are performed by the other party can be performed on-site or off-site. The most common model of outsourcing that is in the news today refers to jobs that are being sent over seas to countries like India or China. This is more commonly called off shoring. Examples include telephone call centers, tech-support and computer programming.Out sourcing has been around as long as work specialization has existed. Customized offshore outsourcing solutions have created the need of established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) methodologies.Business process outsourcing (BPO) is the contracting of a specific business task, such as payroll, to a other party service provider. Usually, BPO is implemented as a cost-saving measure that a company requires to maintain its position in the marketplace.
